Boat Party Mix

So here’s the live mix of me from the Mad Hatter Boat Party. Unfortunately my recorder (an apparently rubbish M-Audio Microtrack 2) seems to have skipped over and over, but if you put that aside, you can hear the sort of fun we were having! Tracklisting and mix link below.

1. Moby – Disco Lies (Dusty Kid Fears Remix)
2. Dubfire – Roadkill
3. Zoo Brazil – Kalle
4. Sharam – Get Wild (Dub Mix)
5. Last Rhythm – Last Rhythm (Martin Ten Velden Remix)
6. Dale Anderson – No Idea
7. Steve Lawler – Courses For Horses
8. Shapeshifters – Chime (Martin Ten Velden Remix)
9. Mory Kante – Yeke Yeke (Hardflooe Remix)

Austin Boat Party September 2008

Will’s Mad Hatter Boat Party

Will’s Mad Hatter Boat Party

I’m pleased to announce that there will be a suitably ridiculous event on Saturday 6th September 2008. Will’s Mad Hatter Boat Party: featuring a floor of music playing the best in house, plus a large sundeck and lots of swimming.

On the dance deck, I’ll be joined by local boys Rez, Joshua Triplet & special guest, Andrew Parsons spinning some rolling basslines and funked up beats to get you moving in the water. I also hope to confirm some very extra special guests shortly.

I think you’ll agree, what better way to spend a Saturday afternoon and evening than cruising around Lake Travis, drinking some Mead and enjoying the company of friends. To add a touch of mayhem to the event you are encouraged to turn in with your finest crazy hat.

Summer Events

Right, over the summer I’m throwing a few parties in Austin and I’ll also be back in England for a while.

Parties are:
Statehouse Pool Party – July 4th
Cedar Door – Last Sunday of the month from July (tbc)
Ministry of Sound London – August 2nd
Lake Travis Boat Party – September 6th

Get the dates in your diary and come down

Pool Party

So I threw the first in a series of pool parties yesterday and the result was a resounding success. Deep, techy house combined with sun, beer, barbecue and gorgeous girls..

Next one will be hitting the State House on congress on July 4th! 🙂

Welcome to Austin

OK, so I’ve been very quiet for the past month or so. This is because the move in Austin ended up taking a lot more of my time than I thought – sorting a house, car, bills, insurance, social numbers etc takes a lot of time.

Anyway, I’m all done now, so expect some exciting news in the near future.
