So come kick back with bottle service or get your body movin @ the Kabaret with us on the 29th and enjoy another excuse to get this new decade started off right. As part of RESURGENCE, resident DJs, WILL KONITZER & GEORGE HORN, will be bringing you the best in today’s underground Deep House and Tech House grooves that are sure to sooth your souls, get you movin, and break you free from the stress of the everyday grind.

WILL KONITZER: Will Konitzer is an emerging talent from London. With his unique take on melodic, deep, progressive, tech house, he was quick to be picked up to play at many of London’s venues such as Turnmills, Ministry of Sound, the White House, plus numerous other UK appearances. Will learnt to rock a dance floor running “Coordinated”, a respected deep, progressive, tech house night that broke new talent and kept a great crowd. He was lucky enough to share the decks with Anil Chawla, Mark Sun, Jim Rivers, John Taylor, and Dave Seaman amongst others. In 2008, Will moved to Texas where he’s built up a solid reputation with the local promoters, establishing himself as an interesting new addition to the American EDM scene. The move has also given him time to concentrate on his burgeoning production skills, which are beginning to flourish.

GEORGE HORN: A new face to the Austin EDM scene since Febuary of last year, George is sure to get you involved in the music. He has been DJing for over 10 years, and is known for playing some of the best in Todays Deep House/Tech House Grooves. As a producer, since the middle of last year, George has remixed for some of the worlds leading Deep House record labels like: Deepology/Aquamarine, Glideslope, Open Bar, Guess, and Witty Tunes alongside artists such as Richard Earnshaw, Florian Kruse, Adam Byrd, Art Patrice, Satoshi Fumi, Da Funk, and Fabien Kamb. With some of his newest originals being signed, and more remixes in the works, you can be sure to see a lot more from Horn this turn of the decade.

With this being the official start to the new RESURGENCE residency, you can be sure to come see some of the best headlining House Music events to come through Austin. These will be events House fans won’t want to miss. On top of inviting local talent to come join us on the decks regularly, RESURGENCE plans to bring you some of the most up-and-coming names in the industry as well as some of the more established ones. Our mission is to promote musical culture, avoiding the mainstream. Our path in music is in the conservation of the deep and natural sounds of music.
